Guy was just a punk. No telling what really happened to him and the officer. After watching him rob and shove an old lady I think karma caught up with him.
 
Big Mike was not the angel portrayed by his family. Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Not saying he deserved to be shot, but he put himself in that situation if he was in fact the person who robbed the store.
 
Roger35 I am going to take the time to answer a couple of your pointless questions. I am not an official member of the tea party but I do believe that most middle class Americans are over taxed. From the local government to the Feds. As for as Bundy goes I think he pushed to hard and broke the law and I would never join his movement. Our president was born in the United States and I never doubted it. My concern is my family and I would like to keep a little more of what I work for. If any of this makes me a crazy radical then I am guilty as charged.
 
The events of the theft on tape are separate from the incident in which he was killed. However, the "Quit stealing yo" comment was made to say you have to put yourself in good situations. If you put yourself in enough bad situations you are going to get caught.

I expect we will learn more about the events that led to his death. Just like we learned more about the hour before it happened today. 300 lber menacing a clerk doesn't deserve to die but maybe stealing or trying to steal a cops gun might get you killed?(don't know if that happened or not)

Apparently the eye witness was the dude who was with him while he was menacing the clerk? Regardless, QuickTrip was not at fault.
