Black Lives Matter; The Cerebral Warlords of Our Time

1. The BLM organization is a ridiculous farce

2. Racism is still a major problem in the United States and black folks suffer from racism in ways that white people don't understand

Those statements are entirely consistent and accurate. But I'm gonna call BS on the conservatives who make ridiculous cliams like "we elected Obama so there is no more racism" or "racism against whites is more common than racism against blacks"

For those idiots who make those statements, please see your way to the corner where your dunce cap is waiting for you.
Asians make more money than whites in the US. Some racism.

2. Racism is still a major problem in the United States and black folks suffer from racism in ways that white people don't understand

Well, since you must understand it to make that claim, please enlighten us. Tell us the ways they suffer that we don't understand.

The problem is that racism is claimed for most of what black people disagree with or when they don't get their way. That stands in the way of solving the real racism issues.

BLM definitely is a farce and racism does exist, but to what extent?

I watched both football games yesterday and not only were half the players Black, but half the studio talent was Black and half the actors in the commercials were Black.

Blacks make up only 13% of the US population...

Yes racism exists but it is vastly overstated. It's not a problem in this country. A nuisance sure, but so is murder and domestic violence.

I'll add that racial equity is a statistical impossibility. Again, Blacks are 13% of the population. If racial equity means everything must reflect the actual percentage of the population, Blacks will only be represented 13%.

If everyone is happy with this then ok fine. I can tell you Asians won't take too kindly to this. They will definitely be hurt by it.

70% White dudes in the NBA would be lots of pick and rolling and mid range jumpers right? I wonder what the 1% Asian players would be good at.

I would suggest that racism is actually just poverty. If you take the time to look at White People stats that are under the poverty line, they are remarkably similar to Black People stats that are under the poverty line. Poverty just happens to represent a much larger share of the Black population than it does the White population.

Look at white educational achievement from households under the poverty line and compare to black. they are almost identical. the same goes for most other categories. health coverage, home ownership, medical outcomes etc.

Poor white households do a bad job of preparing the next gen and so do poor black households. The "racism" red herring gets more play because there is higher percentage of black households under the poverty line and it builds on a real historical injustice so it is assumed to still be true.

And unfortunately the idiots that decided Disparate Impact weren't good at data.

To "sort of" quote Bill Cosby, it starts personal responsibility at home to change what you are saying. No government program or law will change the poverty situation.

The government has tried and made it worse! That is what government does best; substitute their decision making for the thousands in society.

As I've quoted before and will again, "if I want to change the world I first must change me". When blacks start accepting personal responsibility instead of blaming whites and accepting entitlement racism will end instantly. Even Denzel Washington gets that.

Almost every other minority has been able to lift themselves up once they got past the "blame game". I have several employees from India. I have to work to understand them because their accent is so thick. and yet I pay them $100K plus because they can code. Honestly, they are not even that great at coding but it's the market for their skill. Guess how many black people are in my resume pile when i get ready to hire....hint....it isn't 13%. I have to sift through the pile trying to find 'diverse' candidates to hire. Have to !!! we have started mandating that you must interview equal amounts of 'diverse' candidates. In the IT field, trying to find a female or a black candidate is very challenging. We don't typically hire them because we are looking for 5 yrs experience and they have some crap college and have worked on the help desk for a year. I imagine it is only a matter of time before they conclude that mandating 'diverse' interviewing quotas is not sufficient, and start mandating 'diverse' hiring quotas.

BLM advocate Ariel Robinson who is a former teacher and even a winner of a Food Network cooking show, has been charged over the homicide of her adopted child, Victoria. The girl died of blunt force trauma. Robinson's husband has also been charged.

She hit Victoria extra hard because o' dat white privilege oozin out her!
Assume black on black crime was much lower during slavery, then a case could be argued that black freedom was sacrificed for safety. Slavery is still wrong, right? Then, why is it okay to sacrifice freedom today for safety during COIVD?

you also hear often how different health outcomes are for black children versus white. guess what, take a look at the child neglect and abuse stats and you'll see that black children are much more likely to face neglect and abuse in the home. Seems pretty likely that the same group of children that face neglect will also face poorer health outcomes because they are relying on the same adults to take care of them in both regards. It isn't that doctors/nurses/hospitals are neglecting minorities, it is that minorities often neglect themselves and their children.

The Nobel Peace Prize is like the MLB HOF. Nobody really cares anymore because it has become a political vote.

Nobel Prize went to “Dr” Henry Kissinger and Le Duc Tho for the sham Viet Nam peace agreement. “Dr” Kissinger accepted and gave a grand bs speech. Le Duc Tho passed. A few years later the NVA tanks rolled into Saigon and our helicopters took off and an exclamation point was put on the whole sorry mess.

anybody accepting that sorry assed prize after that should be ashamed.

including Barack the Drone Obama

Barack the Drone Obama

Obama's use of drone's is something Liberals have decided doesn't matter. That is possibly the biggest hypocrisy of all concerning the Left; war crimes. That and the fact that Hillary voted for the Iraq War Resolution, was savaged by said Obama over it during their Presidential debates and then apparently was absolved when it was her turn to run against Trump.
