BJ Foster

Word on the street is he ran to the locker room immediately after the game. Drayton ran to get him for the Eyes of Texas. Not sure if it was Eyes related or just frustration.

Keeping emotions under control is a very difficult thing for many--especially at the younger ages (up through the early 20s).

The young man is playing really hard, and had some really good plays, and a few misses yesterday. That's football.

Chop,

I agree, but BJ keeps making the same physical and mental mistakes.
I've been one of his biggest defenders, but I get that he sometimes misreads things and finds himself out of position back there. Not that other safeties don't (ours or the opponents). Then again, he got the big INT early on by reading the QB and being in the right place. And I especially like his bone-jarring hits (and his mostly good tackles, in general). There's something primal about it that transcends reason.

If he is going to make good on the next level those brain farts are going to have to stop.

You defend him like you're his agent. :fiestanana:

I’ll take Foster any day. Plays with energy and fight. He makes mistakes that Nathan Vasher would have been penalized for in today’s soft world.
