Big 12 Championship Game

Damn, we have played the last 2 games like some junkyard dogs. Those are as tough nosed blue collar as I've ever seen a Shaka coach team play for us.

We might have gotten an assist from Covid but I'll take the B12 championship. We deserve a 2-seed. If we are a 3 we damn sure shouldn't be in Gonzaga bracket.

Awww...sorry it's so hard for you to be happy.
WAY TO GO HORNS!
PUT A NEW TROPHY IN THE TROPHY CASE.
B12 TOURNEY CHAMPS!!
:hookem::bevo:
The team is playing solid basketball, no doubt. I hope they win every game going forward by actually playing the game. Good guard play, it'll just depend on matchups.....

OK, now there is a post that just oozes enthusiasm and appreciation for the team's efforts and their championship.

Tonight:

Sims—phenomenal
Coleman—excellent
Brock Cunningham—very very good
Kai—very good
I haven’t checked the # of assists our guards had, but they were excellent at getting it to Sims so he could move to the hoop.
If they continue to attack the paint like they did tonight they will go deep in the tournament.

I suggest Greg Brown and Ramey go find a slump- buster before leaving Kansas City.
Sure, a woman might help—if that’s what you’re alluding to. Or getting plastered. But...

Ramey might benefit from some pre-game and halftime relaxation sessions. He’s actually too fired up and hyper for optimal performance.

Brown might want to talk about his feelings with the team psychologist. Either that, or just snap out of it and man up. I bet he’ll do the latter and show up well in the Big Dance. I’m rooting for him.

I think Brown needs experience, time and hard coaching. He seems very immature. He is so athletic, so talented that he's been able to excel just on that--until now. He must improve his BB IQ. Playing in the NBA minor leagues or going to Europe, maybe.

I hope he stays here and and listens to his coaches and upper classmen.
Coleman, B. Cunningham, Febres, K. Jones, Heppa (especially) and others could help the kid mature his game. If he does he will be unstoppable.

Kansas specifically? Or just not having to play the extra game? Already proved it against Kansas a couple of times including an *** whooping at Kansas. The luck was Baylor losing, but this was earned and no dang asterisk.
