Biden Administration Reversals

Beyond stupid. Turning the US into California:

The Biden effort will target makers of autos and appliances with more-stringent efficiency requirements and oil-and-gas companies with new restrictions on their access to federal monuments and wildlife preserves. Mr. Biden’s orders will direct the agencies that review these policies to focus on better protecting consumers and boosting union employment, in addition to addressing climate change.
 
Actually I believe we should pursue alternatives to stay ahead of the game. I absolutely do not believe we should turn off the fossil fuel spigot until some break through occurs but from my limited readings wind will never be financially feasible if one accounts for the total cost.

Old Joe will be signing an order allowing transgenders into the military. I'm trying to picture one of them in battle, but the vision is just not coming through. It ends up looking like a Saturday Night Live skit. One thing is for sure, Old Joe makes America stronger with that move......

I'm an advocate for alternative energy. Can't put all our eggs in any one basket. Wind energy is promising though as one piece of our total energy solution.

I agree with this in terms of there being a functioning energy market where different sources can compete in terms of cost and reliability.

What Biden is advocating is making oil&gas illegal and subsidizing wind and solar. That will bankrupt the US and impoverish those who are struggling economically. It serves the interests of the elites in our society but does nothing positive for the common man.

I agree but the problem is that regulations are so onerous that there is no incentive to develop new nuclear technology or build a new reactor.

There are huge opportunities for nuclear energy that are both 100xs more safe than current designs and more efficient than anything we have today.
 
I missed this by a few days. All mayors who were complicit in destroying lives and businesses should be held criminally liable.
 
It is telling that none of the supposed Biden supporters on here have come out praising SloJoe for demolishing 10,000 American jobs or forcing young girls to allow males into their locker rooms and to destroy female sports.

Well, for anyone paying attention the last four years, Biden is doing exactly what we thought the Dems would do.

And 81 million Americans, alive and dead, voted for it. So, bring it on, America is getting what it deserves!
