I saw that exchange too. Faye only played for 9 minutes and was pulled immediately upon making a mistake (she had 3 TO's and missed a defensive assignment(s) on Littlepage-Buggs). IMO if Vic would have given Faye a chance to play through her mistakes, she may have been an effective sub for Gaston who was obviously struggling with her back/hip injury in the second half.
Gaston was struggling long before her fall... Littlepage-Buggs was eating us up on her watch.

Faye has an incredibly short leash with Vic. One mistake/one foul and she's pulled.
Agree. So does Gaston.
Sometimes when Vic is yelling at Gaston she’s rolling her eyes are even saying basically “What the f#%k?”
I hope that’s just their relationship.
When Gaston was so injured she could barely jog we couldn’t understand why Faye never got back in the game. I guess that’s why I’m not paid millions to coach because I didn’t get it.

File this away in case we play baiLer in the Big12 tourney because Nicki gives detailed takes on her strategy for the game (that worked this time) and pretty much admits it had everything to do with knowing we were short-handed on guards and just trying to out-tough us. The ***-clown who is doing the interview under the guise of a "journalist" is actually a baiLer grad who probably still masturbates thinking about the art briles days. He spends the whole time trashing us and makes some horrible takes in the process. I think he was upset that Nicki didn't join him in a lot of those takes. He was taken aback at the end when she was raving about the Moody Center. And the guy totally twists the whole men's basketball pre-game dust-up on Saturday by saying "I guess you didn't have the right to be in your own gym" to which Nicki says its being handled "as an internal matter". Yeah - because baiLer is the one that internally fu**ed that thing up and caused it in the first place:
