I always thought punishment should fit the crime. Catch this dude, and if someone in the family chooses to, let them mow the POS down with a car.
I have lots of good ideas like this. Crime would go down severely. But, we are a woke, pansy *** nation now and have been for decades when its comes to dealing with criminals.
More likely another juvenile on the very wrong track in life.
I always thought, at the very least, put the criminal and whomever wants the opportunity in a room. Bind the POS's hands and arms and let the family member have at it for say 5 minutes or so.

I saw people taking dumps outside Union Station in 2008 before it was cool. That place has always been a hive of scum and villainy.
