Austin Regional June 3-6, 2022

Curious when you were able to get your regional tickets? I'm not a baseball season ticket holder, but I am a ticket holder in 4 other UT sports. I happen to look in the Texas ticket site on Monday and there were bunches and bunches of tickets available so I bought a pair. And now, they're only offering GA tickets? Did I happen to stumble onto a window meant just for UT ticket holders to buy tickets?
 
I'll unfortunately be watching on LHN, but sounds like you might have gotten lucky, racerx. I don't think those tix were supposed to go on sale until this morning.

Yeah and the reason I posted this question was I was wondering if I got really lucky or I got scammed by a fake web site [too good to be true]. Thanks for the second opinion.

I talked to Chris, and your punishment is to forfeit the tickets to me. In return, I'll let you know how much we enjoyed it.
 
Skenes is one BAMF for Air Force. Those of us who watched our two game series vs Air Force probably remember the 6’6” catcher/pitcher jacking the ball out of the park and half way to Williamson County.

On the mound, he was their conference co-MVP pitcher of the year. He throws some serious heat—in the mid and upper 90s. However, he can be hit. He actually gives up a fair amount of hits, but not many runs. Real good SO to Walk ratio as well. Iowa shelled him. San Diego State and Nevada hit him well—at a rate of around 1 hit per inning. This guy’s quite good, but he hasn’t gone against a lineup like ours before. And he can be hit…. Our bats need to be hot.
 
For anyone going to the game tomorrow and sitting in the sun during the hottest part of the day (like me):

I don't have LHN either. If it works like the WVB regionals, the UT games will be on LHN and the others on ESPN+. For TX games it's radio and live stats for me. :-( All the others I can stream.
 
Go Horns-This will be a tough one. I guess they all are tough now…
