I think they're fools and I don't think they're right to do what they're doing. I do disagree that I don't think they're trying to get punched.I hope you are applying that statement equally to the idiots marching in front of the homes of SCOTUS justices...
Is that a hair net?He/She/They didn't want to cause any permanent damage to the heckler.
While a peaceful protest, with signs etc., on a public sidewalk by his house at reasonable times of the day is permissible, If they were disturbing the peace late at night, then the Justice(s) should have released a Rottweiler or two (or three) on them.
If they're disturbing the peace, blocking the road(s), or interfering with school operations, then they can be arrested. But if they just want to walk around like a bunch of yahoos on a public sidewalk outside a school building holding signs, then let them do it. There's a freedom to protest in this Country. They'll eventually get tired of it and move on to a fresh, new outrage of the month.Like ?
The pro-abortion group ‘Ruth Sent Us’ suggested targeting the children of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett with protests against the court’s leaked draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
The group tweeted an infographic with the name of Barrett’s church. It also identified the school that Barrett’s children attend, and encouraged protesters to “voice your anger” by demonstrating there.

For any given individual protestor, intent is a tough one.18 U.S. Code § 1507 - Picketing or parading
The law tends to disagree with you as relates to SCOTUS...
Here's a historical event that touches on personally sh!t-talking a rep/Senator in person at the Congress building:With that attitude, AOC needs to shut up and take the heckling.
That goes back to what they said about Ted Cruz. He could be shot dead on the senate floor and they wouldn’t find a witness of said crime. Policing their own. Here's a historical event that touches on personally sh!t-talking a rep/Senator in person at the Congress building:
At the Senate, a Senator from Massachusetts slandered an older, feeble Senator from S. Carolina with some very ugly and personal language. The older S. Carolina Senator just so happened to be related to the younger Senator from S. Carolina.
The younger S. Carolina Senator beat the Massachusetts Senator nearly to death with his gold-knobbed cane--on the floor of the Senate. No criminal charges were filed against the S. Carolina Senator, and he was not expelled from the Senate. Rather, he was re-elected.

The catch-22 of her claim is that the very moment she raised her fist, she gave the officer valid grounds to take the detainee TO the ground. The officer showed restraint in not dusting her for the gesture of seeking to evade control of the officer...I wonder if AOC had thst stupid azz reason already made up , that walking with your hands behind you looking as if you are handcuffed is the proper was to walk when being detained
Or if she scrambled to make it up when she got called out?
