Yes. It is still very tight regarding numbers of available scholarships for 2012 but it always seems to work out. Quick count shows 82 on scholarship for 2011 season with 12 seniors. I am not clear on Trey Graham counts since he is on some kind of medical scholarship and is included in the 82. It has been announced he will not play again so I think he will not count against the 85 max. Also, the 12 seniors include Irby who might have another year (6th year in 2012, 2011 is his 5th year with only 2 previous years of participation) as a result of a medical hardship waiver (similar to Shipley). So that may mean only 11 senior scholarships will open up. The fuzzy math results in about 15 available scholarships for the 2012 class which already has 18 verbal commitments. The numbers are fun to play with but, as mentioned earlier, the scholarship count will work out.
As Bill has generously provided updates, you can see some offers are still out there making a tight situation potentially even tighter.
My disclaimer: I am not an NCAA scholarship expert. I just did a count based on SOME of the rules I think I understand. I don't have a law degree and one may be needed to accurately decipher the NCAA rules!
