He’s rocking now.Don’t care about the numbers. Some of the misses were not even close. And most of the 14 completions have been pitch and catch easy…which is fine with me. Aside from that sidearm throw, call me unimpressed.
That was a great drive, fast paced, some quick throws, move the sticks. Really sharp.Ewers looking good.
See, what did I tell ‘yaFortunately, we have Second Half Steve.
You watch and wait. He’ll pull something out of somewhere and get our offense in gear for the 2nd half. Like he always does.
In my mind, QE has the next 2 Qtrs to prove he's the guy. This routine is getting old. We've seen this movie too many times this season, and the ending really sucks. The defense has done an incredible job considering how good this offense is supposed to be, and they are doing it without their best player who opted to play grabass on a game that really does mean something (unlike future top-5 pick Will Anderson who is playing in bama's "meaningless" bowl game and has real money on the line). With Ryan Watts likely out in the 2nd half, Wash is going to score some points. If we can't have a complete turnaround from what we've seen this season, then this game is already over. And there is no hall of fame RB available to bail the QB out this time.
Every throw was right on. One incompletion was the drop by Worthy. Ewers just needs to be more consistent. We also overcame a holding. Nice drive. Now let's see another consistent drive and get the lead.Despite all the bitching, Ewers just led a TD drive with some good throws.
If CDC would just hire all the know-it-alls that post on this board we'd win every national championship until the end of time.
Oh hell. Having some major thunderstorms passing by and it’s messing up my satellite reception. Dammit.
