2026 Recruiting-Football

OTF reporting Coach Joseph will be at Frisco Panther Creek today see '26 ATH target Jalen Lott.

He's another big-time Longhorn legacy in this class.

Krempin's name and appearance remind me of a farmer who had a place adjacent to ours. His name was Kemplin. Once a city fellow tried to speed his sports car around Kemplin's truck and ended up in a ditch. He ran across the road and demanded that Kemplin step out of the vehicle because he wanted to kick his butt. Our neighbor cheerfully consented but by the time he unfolded his 6'7" frame and stepped into the road, the motorist changed his mind.

Texas going after one more LB for the 2025 class.

OTF saying Tuitele will be in Austin this weekend for an official visit

6’8”. He can double as a power forward with some muscle on the basketball court.
Or take notes from Everett Gay, form his own intramural team, challenge the varsity and destroy them in another "game that never was".

I need OL. Don't let Terry have the opportunity to screw him up.

Ed Cunningham narrowed his college commitment to Texas for football and UCLA for basketball, with a $500,000 annuity from Tom Osborne on the table.

FWIW, DKR had a TE in the 60s (Kelly Baker IIRC), who needed an extra year of free tuition/room & board to finish his degree. I believe Bradley was BB coach and he lettered in basketball. Met the guy one time and heard the story which occurred 60 years ago, so there could be some errors in my version.

Looks like we hitting are DFW area hard with OU now facing hard times.
Texas needs to take advantage of this window. Eventually ou will realize that BV can't take them to the level they want - and they'll scare up the money to buy him out and find another coach. OU has a tradition of raiding the DFW area, and if the new coach (whenever that happens) gets the program back on track, they can once again establish a solid presence in the DFW area.

I am hoping that will take a while. They had blake and schnellenberger who were not great so hoping BV stays a while. BV is a fantastic DC but not sure about his HC abilities. The good news is Sark is not Mack/Charlie/binderboy so we are in good hands regardless of when it changes.

Please don't include MB with Strong and Herman!!! IMO, there is no comparison!
