“I am taking an official visit (to Texas) on Nov. 9. We have been talking about the opportunities there. It is an SEC school playing at a high level, so I am ready to see and hear what Texas is all about. I have two aunties that went to Texas, so I have family out there too. I am ready to see things for myself on the visit.”

IT on DE Javion Hilson after he was in College Station last weekend.

"This is shaping up as another battle between burnt orange and maroon. Texas held a strong lead in this recruitment after his de-commitment from Florida State but the Aggies are coming on strong. When the Aggies are motivated they often find a way to get things done. I still like Texas but I can’t discount the Aggies. The picture is murkier than it was a week ago."

$$$. That's all it is. The Aggy culture is well-known to all. If he liked squeezing your nuts then he'd have committed to them long ago.

I know. It used to be about Us v Them in terms of culture, coaching etc. Now it's the highest bidder though I have to believe the culture and coaching plays some part in it.
 
Hey,there is no sense in crying about them buying recruits. What do you think we are doing? This is the world of college football. If we want himbad enough,we have the money to purchase him.

Per OTF, Coach Baker will head to Florida tomorrow to check on DE Javion Hilson.

He'll also see DT Myron Charles.



 
On3 had the latest on LB Madden Faraimo today and he's locked in two official visits to Notre Dame and USC for November.

He is looking at getting to Texas on November 23rd for the Kentucky game, but that's not set in stone yet.

 
Simmons from On3 has put in an Auburn prediction for DT Joseph Mbatchou of Loganville, GA.

The father of former Longhorn DB Kenyatta Watson has been an integral part of his recruitment for Auburn with his ties to Grayson High.

 
Per OTF, Sark will stop by Lewisville today to see OL Michael Fasusi.

They believe this one will come down to how badly Fasusi wants to be at Oklahoma as they're staring at a 6-6 record, a new OC and questions about their OL coach being retained.


 
Coach Gilbert hit Mesquite Horn yesterday to check on OL Lamont Rogers, according to OTF.

He should be considered an A&M lean currently despite his commitment to Missouri.


 
OTF is waiting to see if Sark will go by McKinney High to see LB Riley Pettijohn.

They said the movement needing to happen since his recent visit to Austin hasn't happened, and Texas prioritizing LB Madden Faraimo has been part of that.
