After Oswald's first / second shot, Secret Service Agent George Hickey riding behind JFK limo, picked up AR15 and as he stood up, vehicle accelerated and he accidentally pulled the trigger and unfortunately delivered the 3rd and fatal head shot to JFK.

Oswald first shot was a miss, hit the street. Second shot hit JKF in the neck - magic bullet theory. No way to know if it was truly fatal.

3rd shot was Agent Hickey, back of the head. Clearly and sadly, fatal.
