What a waste of a superb pitching job last night. When your pitching staff holds the opponent to one run, you should win that game 99.999% of the time. But it's extremely difficult to win when you don't score. Wake up, offense!

Ugly loss last night. Bullpen gave up a six-run inning to KC.
ESPN reporting this evening that Langford is out 3-4 weeks and going on IL tomorrow. Meanwhile Eovaldi is headed to New York to see a specialist which is not even a little bit encouraging that he will be back any time soon. And the news on Bradford is that he is still a ways away from being able to throw let alone get back to pitching. Just like last year, the Rangers are going to have to overcome a crap ton of injuries to stay in this thing for a late summer run.
Bochy managed to keep it on track last season - hope there is another rabbit in the hat for him to magically pull out.Gotta hope Bochy magic can patch together a pitching strategy to work around these pesky injuries!!
The Ranges won't get a lot of shutouts from this group, but they can still win a lot of games if the offense will put up some big numbers.Looks like Rangers may be on a starting rotation of Gray, Lorenzen, Heaney, Urena and Leiter for a couple of weeks.
