I would not be surprised if out-of-state recruiting dominated in 2023 for Texas.

We have been tossing around several offers lately but I am waiting to see if the coaching staff survives. Otherwise I feel like I am just wasting my time with it.
Anyone else is welcome to fill the void.

Both Stoops or Meyer (whichever is hired) know how to judge talent transitioning from HS to college and will straighten recruiting out very quickly.

Which one?
Stoops. Meyer and Stoops are the only two "available" who have proven to be able to coach on the level Texas seeks. Meyer is actively campaigning for the job. Stoops is waiting for someone to ask and make an offer.

I meant which Stoops? There are several

Hey if Meyer is truly really wanting this job then what in the heck are we waiting for!!!
Hopefully we have some kind of agreement/promise and he is a coach in waiting. I would be gruntled.

IT saying QB Arch Manning of New Orleans, LA will be a top priority for Sarkisian and the new staff.
Sarkisian to Texas news was received very well by the Manning family
Arch Manning, Isidore Newman, Pro-Style Quarterback

The Manning family just produces great QB genetics and generational QB knowledge. I don't know that much about him, but I would bet my house he would come in and do really good things.

Oh no, we will have the Hudson Card - Manning debate to replace the applewhite- Simms one.

"Texas is a program that I've always liked since a kid, now that Coach (Steve) Sarkisian is going there I'm interested to see if they can bring the tradition back to a respectable program that can contend for championships. If so I would give them a shot to recruit me."

Black Unicorn eh? I dig it.

WR Johntay Cook (6'0,170) Desoto -- 700 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns in 2020. Teammate of Texas commit Byron Murphy

“I’ve been good, just grinding to get better. I’m running the 200, 4x1, 4x2, long jump, triple jump this spring. Still trying to get faster.”

“I actually talked to coach Coleman about a week ago. He was just telling me about how things are about to change at Texas. Big things.”
