If the prognosticators are right, he will be a Longhorn.

It’s interesting to see the variation in assessments between the “experts.” For example, Rivals has him 118 in the country, 18 in FL, and the 6th best RB in the country. Others have him higher but there seems not to be much agreement. On3 consensus has him 50 / 13 / 4. Regardless, landing Baxter would be a coup for the good guys.

Not sure he merits comparisons to Royalty, yet.
