2023 Portal Recruiting (Opens December 5th)

Bear names us in his top 6. He's apparently announcing tonight on something called "Footballville" (looks to be kind of a Miami-leaning podcast). I saw Gerry Hamilton saying a few days ago that he thinks Texas isn't a real player on this one b/c we've got guys who are more stable already at that position. This one will come down to $$$:
 
I would rather have seen Thompson go to USC or Ole Miss where he could be a super star. Imagine this guy in Leach's offense - can you say "first round", boys & girls?

He never really considered Tx out of HS.
To my knowledge we are not a player here.
It will most likely come down to $$$.
 
I would not think CU players in the portal will get a lot of attention from FCS schools.
But could find homes in lower divisions

Funny you say this, I was thinking USC as well. OU???? Wow, that’s not a good move for this kid.
 
Only time will tell if Sanders' rapid cleansing was the right approach . It is hard to believe there weren't more who could be coached up to contribute.
CU's games will be closely watched this fall.
 


This is Jaylon Tyson's little brother. Jaylon committed to play for Beard at Tech; decommited and came here when Beard was hired. Then transfered back to Tech. Wouldn't surprise me if Jordan lands there as well. If we weren't so stacked at the WR position I'd absolutely love this kid. I believe he was a freshman All-American...

He missed a solid chance for spring football to run track. My gut feeling is Thompson will never be a factor for OU football.
He doesn’t seem to have football interests at heart. Good luck at OU track kid.
