Looks like a damn zoo.

We offered 2022 OLB Harold Perkins from Cy Park (a fairly new school in NW Houston). Perkins had an impressive sophomore year highlighted by 46 tackles and 7 pass breakups.
After we offered, LSU, ou and aggy all immediately offered him as well

Thompson is from a little Panhandle town barely in Texas
Got offered by Alabama yesterday

Here is Inside Texas on Brenen Thompson from Spearman
There's fast, then there's Brenen Thompson fast. The sophomore from west Texas ran a 10.44 100 meters early in the season. That's flat-out flying and the speed shows up on tape. Add to the mix his versatility and quickness, and it's easy to see why he's the hottest in-state recruit for the Class of 2022. Nebraska, TCU, and Baylor were among his early offers, but when Texas gave him the verbal invitation three days ago, his stock jumped through the roof. Alabama, OU, and Texas A&M followed with offers over the last 48 hours to the 5-foot-10, 165-pound four-star athlete. His coach Aaron Witten calls him, "the fastest player he's ever seen." Thompson is just enjoying the new found popularity and isn't in any hurry to make a decision. He's barely seen a college campus so unofficials are on the agenda when they become possible. Texas sees Thompson as an offensive threat at the next level but they’re recruiting him as an athlete.

Greatest afro ever. From Houston's Third Ward, by way of Don Roby's house band to become the keyboard player for the Beatles.

Throws a nice ball. Last throw on a rope.
With his family being strong longhorn fans we are in good shape. Herman just needs to close the deal. We are already looking good at QB in the future but this would be great icing on the cake. If we get a strong o-line class of 21 to go along with the skill players we're getting, man the future is looking hot.:fire::ousucks:

This offer to Poona Ford's high school. Note: it's Jaylen not Jevan. Poona even tweeted about it" "About damn time"

We offered Marquis Groves-Killebrew of the Georgia, the #10 CB nationally per 247

Insides Texas on this player
MARQUIS GROVES-KILLEBREW - Texas had some success in 2019 cycle when they four-star corner Kenyatta Watson II from Grayson High School in Loganville, GA. No reason not to go back for another slice.

The Horns staff offered junior Groves-Killebrew last week and instantly became a favorite. The 6-foot-0, 180-pound four-star holds 25 offers already including Georgia, Auburn, LSU, Florida, and Texas A&M. The in-state Bulldogs have started pushing for the talented defensive back, but he might want to journey farther from home.

While he's in the middle of SEC country, he's willing to leave the comforts of home. Austin definitely is on the agenda.

This kid has the tools. He's aggressive, has great body control, and will mix it up in the run game. While the in-state crop of corners is salty for 2022, Groves-Killebrew is a name to remember. He wants a school where he can flourish on and off the field, and has heard great things about UT. You can guess from where.
