2022 Recruiting - Football

I wonder how many schollies we can give out this year. 25 -28? June, my birthday month, is going to be exciting cruitin wise. And even more exciting on NSD1.

If I'm interpreting the Twitter feed correctly, it looks like he was the Illinois state wrestling champion, and he has offers from Iowa, Penn St, Arkansas, Ariz State, and probably others.

I didn't think this was a position of need, but he looks like a huge monster in the interior, and depth matters for the big DTs.
Yes, girth matters on the DL.

If I’m Ewers or his family, when asked the question, I too would downplay any contact if it were happening. After all, he’s committed to tOSU. Why stir any controversy unless or until you’re going to change your decision. So downplay it.

My guess: The contact is happening, he is interested, and it’s only a matter of time...but probably not until the fall.
With Malik committed, Manning being recruited and I'm sure other notable QBs appearing, Ewers better **** or get off the pot.
I personally hope Sark gave him a shout out and has now moved on.

There's enough speed on this list to make the earth spin in the opposite direction.

players from these schools get in the league because they get the best players out of high school. Its not extra special coaching. And having all these good players produces a winning culture so the players are in the spotlight. Texas is headed in that direction. So I think its mostly getting top athletes rather than schools "putting them in the league"
Since when? Our '22 class is 8th or 9th. We're not even close to doing what Bama or osu consistantly do!

Evan Stewart of Frisco Liberty told 247 there have been changes to his official visit schedule.

The only two summer officials he's taking at this point are Florida and USC.

Alabama, A&M, Georgia and Texas are in line for fall officials, and A&M appears to the be the odd team out right now.

Evan Stewart, Liberty, Wide Receiver

Maybe you need to reread what I wrote.
My comment was in regards to your postulate that Texas was headed in the direstion of Alabama, osu. We might be on the way to another top class, but it's way too earlyto claim we're headed in their direction, in consistantly getting top 5 classes and producing.

I will admit my comment sprung from faith.
Faith in Sark and his coaches.
