The type was so tiny for these tired 'ol eyes that I missed her statement that she was earning her degree in July. Good for her and she should be good to go. Hope she finds a program that suits her skills.
 
Potentially great opportunity for Karisma! She is leaving UT with a bachelor's degree and 3 years of basketball eligibility. I will be interested to see where she goes.
 

The player who torched Texas in the 1st round. I will happily take her after what I saw in that game. Just non stop competitiveness her entire time on the court
 
Mulkey is 6’9 and the 3x defensive player of the year in her conference and there are almost no Texas-worthy bigs in the portal right now... I actually can’t think of a single one. I would be very surprised if we aren’t going after her.

I don’t think Vic is too worried about how she will run in the press; he’s a great coach and will teach her his system. She would be a good get for us, we need an experienced big, and she’s certainly that.
 
Interesting that current Oregon State assistant coach Katie Faulkner started following both Nancy Mulkey and Endyia Rogers on twitter today; that would be good for us if Faulkner is Johnnie Harris' replacement at Texas. Otherwise, insignificant I guess . . .

If she is officially in the portal I do expect Vic to make a move. Mississippi state was also in her final 5 so although we are guard heavy ATM she is too good of a player to let another team add. If she is homesick I would hate for her to go to Baylor or aggies

We're already going to be guard heavy so I'm on the fence about this one... I don't want to see us do too much recruiting over our incoming freshmen like Baylor does theirs. We've got three freshmen coming in that, although have to be brought along, were coveted by practically every program in the nation yet they chose us. Two of those are guards. If one had the size to be effective at the three then I'd be all about it... but that's not the case.

I only ever have one username on any specific message board. I don't have the time for aliases or mind-games. I've had this one username on this message board for probably over 25 years; that's more than enough.
