Good points. I think that Oregon will have some transfers in the next couple of years because of lack of playing time when you also add their recruiting class for 2020. Having Iowa St, Kansas, and Kansas St in the conference could actually be an advantage for Texas.I'm going to guess that Ware ends up at Minnesota or Nebraska. Both schools are closer to home (South Dakota) and their current rosters are in need of players who play the 4/5 position. Currently Oregon's roster has the following players who play the 4/5 position. Ware may not get as much playing time as a freshman if she commits to Oregon.
6’5” RS Freshman Nyara Sabally
6’4” Junior Satou Sabally
6’6” Junior Lydia Giomi
6’5” Freshman Lucy Cochrane
6’4 Senior Ruthy Hebard
If Texas ends up getting Ware's commitment, major kudos are due to Aston & Co. for signing a player from South Dakota over Oregon, Minnesota and Nebraska.
