The media is losing their sh*t over a CIVIL case. There are no crimes that apparently could be found or this would have been an announcement of criminal pleadings.
Like most of the other civil cases, this is a nothing burger designed to act as red Beyond Meat for the Demx base.
He already lost a suit over Trump university. Why do folks think this would move the needle even if found guilty?

He knows Trump will end that or at a least make it conditional on a lot of things that are to Russia's benefit. He's also likely to give him an offramp by pressuring Ukraine to permanently forfeit the eastern part of its country in return for peace. That's going to make him prefer Trump in the short term.
However, he also knows that Trump is more likely to pressure European nations to boost their defense budgets and more likely to the boost US military presence in Europe than Biden is. So though Trump will make his job easier in Ukraine, he probably makes it harder for any other long term territorial expansions he might have in mind.

Would love to hear an attorney's view of the Fulton County testimony yesterday. Specifically, why did the judge allow her to go off throughout the testimony? Why did he seem so interested in blocking questions? If it over for this case - at least temporarily?
