2020 Presidential Election: let the jockeying commence

It was not that long ago that the WAPO was pimping Biden to everyone. Now look at them. It's always weird watching when liberal media decides it is time to give an honest critique of one of their own.

Dementia.

I’m voting Bernie next Tuesday. No way he wins Florida. No way he wins any southern state. No way he wins the Midwest. He get California, Washington state and New York.

He'll also get Vermont (his home state), Massachusetts, Oregon, RI, Connecticut and Illinois. Not anything else I don't think.

Hawaii will go to Bernie, but no one will care because the election will be over long before the polls close there.

You guys are too complacent. There just aren't that many swing voters especially in this election. Bernie will win the entire Northeast except New Hampshire and maybe Maine. He'll lose the South decisively, including Florida, but he'll win Virginia, though it won't be a blowout. He'll win Illinois and nothing else in the Midwest though Michigan and Pennsylvania will be close. He'll win the entire West Coast along with Colorado and New Mexico. However, all of the blue states will be a little closer - enough to make New Mexico and Colorado at least competitive.

If Trump is smart, once Bernie is the nominee he will start blanketing PA with ads that show the clip of Bernie basically admitting that he's going to destroy every fracking job that a lot of workers in that state rely on to put food on the table. That should put some extra votes in his column. Maybe enough to gain a decent separation.

I imagine he'll also target the hell out of union workers and the fact that the health care plans they worked so hard to get will basically go *poof* if Bernie is elected.

Historically unions and commies don’t go together. Unions are illegal in communist counties, since the “party” is the union for the worker.

I would also think the open border campaign would run into problems with American unions.

Not much mention of Sander's plan to reduce black unemployment by putting them to work selling marijuana. The Bern is a laugh a minute.

If Trump proposed this the cries of racism would be deafening.

Imagine being a Dem voter and screaming RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA! for three years, and then nominating a communist for the presidency

It would also be racist if Trump or a white Senator from, say, SC, had the power to endorse a candidate and suggest that all black people would vote for that person because of it. But when the senator from SC is deciding who to endorse, that its what it is about. It is racist, really. I mean, black people apparently can't decide on their own who to vote for w/o another black person telling them whom.

Is it true that none of the CBS debate moderators asked Biden about his claim of being arrested in South Africa? Nor about his lies of "fighting for civil rights"
How does that happen? It is media malpractice

And Sanders said he once lived in Israel. But not one of them has ever asked it being a Stalinist camp? or the Eugene Debs plaque in his office (Debs said the USSR was the "first real democracy in world"). Or how the Communist Sandinistas were "heroic revolutionaries." Or how about when he called for a revolution in the US? Or whether he has voted in the past for communist candidates for President?

Being a Democrat is such the easier path, to anything

Except for this maybe - They were selling tickets to the SC debate for $700 (ouch). How swampy is that?

Bernie did say he would help black folks by letting them sell weed
(the look on Biden's face is pretty meme-ready)

My favorite was when Joe tried to keep up with the pandering. “I’m gonna name a black Roman to the Supreme Court!”

The Democrat party is over.

Like Joe just posted
Money talks

Dude is literally attempting to buy the presidency
Which Dems seem t be fine with
They were not fine with this idea in 2016, but its "different now"
And Bloomberg has already spent more than Trump ever thought of spending (Trump spent $70M of his own money, while Bloomberg is already over $400M)

My gosh, I did not watch the debate last night but someone is saying one of the candidates promoted the idea of suing spoon makers for obesity related diseases. If anyone did watch, is this true?

1981 interview with bernie on the Phil Donahue show --

DONAHUE: "Are you a capitalist?"

BERNIE: "No, I am not a capitalist."

Sanders added that he does not believe in the "profit motive."
