2018 Senate (& House)

Nothing too surprising about Dems thinking illegals should vote. It’s dogma for them. Goes hand & hand with the open borders thing.

When it comes to politics, we yada yada yada due process a lot. See Brett Kavanaugh. See "Lock her up!"

Elaine said she "Yada Yada'd" sex once talking to another guy.

Yes, in politics there are lots of holes that seem to be easily traversed no matter how wide.

This is the best explanation I found. The GOP hired a court reporter and this is the transcript that shows both Nelson and Gillum lawyers object to denying a non citizen's vote. Funny a Nelson attorney said the attorney who objected had no authority to object.
Gillum, Nelson Lawyers Fight To Include Non-Citizen’s Vote In Florida
Michael Barnett, chairman of the Palm Beach Republican Party, told TheDCNF that the county’s canvassing board was going through provisional ballots and quickly deciding whether to allow or disallow each. This exchange is of the first non-citizen’s vote they encountered. “We had a court reporter that we hired to sit in the proceedings, which are public,” he said.

The vote was disallowed despite the objections of the lawyers because two of the three members of the canvassing board ruled that it was an impermissible vote, he said.

Marc Elias, a lawyer for Nelson, told TheDCNF: “The lawyer who was present was not someone we had authorized to make such an objection. Non-citizens cannot vote in U.S. elections.”

So why was the lawyer there?

So why was the lawyer there?

Hey, I used to randomly show up at official proceedings pretending to represent clients I didn't have all the time. That's what we lawyers do when we're bored. Lol.

In all seriousness, why was the lawyer there, and why wasn't Elias or someone on his team there? If I was Nelson, I'd want my money back.

Now they have magically found new ballots in Georgia
Democrats say Brian Kemp's going down
And, get this, they found the new boxes of ballots in a van down by the river

I said this before but shouldn't there be a time limit? Democrats will try to exploit anything they can. The rules have to be specific.

That was from 2012 with an update but not mention of any action, or did I miss it?
Wonder if there is any proof they cleaned up the rolls? I am guessing not

Yeah, i deleted the article since it was out of date. I'm sure it's still going on.

Since it was updated by the reporting site I am sure nothing happened.
Anyone think Fla is the only state where this is going on?
Who was it on WM who said looking for voter fraud was chasing a problem that did not exist?

Btw, I just saw a lib on a friend's FB account say there's evidence that the illegals registered to vote but there's no proof that the illegals actually voted. That means there is no voter fraud. :lmao:

There was no proof that Kavanaugh did any of the things he was accused of. There is no proof that Trump colluded with the Russians.

What is proof?

I just heard on TV, (yes it was Fox, and I'm too lazy to check) but, Tucker Carlson said that for the last several election cycles, every time a race has been contested, the Democrat has won, with the exception of Gore.
This is ridiculous.
If Texas, and California, as huge as they are can get their votes counted on time, there is zero excuse for Florida.
And now I see McSally has conceded. I guess whining and recounting does work.
