In fact it was the failed 1st Qtr. 4th down try. Evidenced by the fact that you can see the 50 yd. line Rose Bowl Emblem in the pic that I posted. The disputed pitch to Selvin occurred at the 10 or 11 yd. line. So no it is not a photoshopped picture.
