3 issues: (1) the continuing effect of the last of Mack's years and the entirety of Strong's years which alienated the Texas HS coaches; (2) Herman hasn't overcome (1) and has a specific template for his QB's; (3) transfer portal (kids know they can try the $EC or the B1G and come back to the State Texas if they fail).

I think I will reserve judgement on just how good Bijan is when he goes through fall practice here at Texas.
It might take him awhile to get acclimated to college football.

Bijan looks like he is not even running full speed. Reminds me of Lam Jones, who always looked like he was out for a jog, as he blew past everyone.
