My husband believes that the 38-30 score does not refer to the Texas game, but that it is the Aggie Moral Victory Adjusted Score™ (AMVAS). Using the AMVAS, the Aggies have re-calculated the score based on bad calls by the refs, running out of time at the end of each half, and any other bad bull that affected their teams ability to stick it in the end zone.

Why stop at 38-30? Just put scores from different games on there. Combining their LA-Monroe and Baylor scores, the rings could just as well read 54-10. That would make absolutely as much sense.
