WSJ - The Unbearable Lightness of Obama

There will always been people who end up not liking people they work for.

This is turning into an unusually large number and their criticisms have more and more disturbing substance than merely not liking BO.
Since BO likes campaigning and finds presidenting so hard maybe Debbie Wasserman Schultz can make him the official DNC Campaigner and cheerleader
kinda like maddog

AB?
What evidence do you have that BO actually sat through a presidenting meeting when he had a Tee time
or needed to play cards
or needed his rest before an exhausting campaign trip?

After 8 years of nimble wit in the WH people wanted a change and he seemed to fit the demand. I recall telling friends that I would not vote for him because he was too charismatic and vague and I distrust such people. They would launch into attacks on W and I would point out that replacing a stupid dog with a self absorbed lazy dog was not much of an improvement or words to that effect. No response. He had a real Pied Piper appeal to people.

I suspect he is bored because he is in way over his head in terms of what he is interested in. Sorting through the myriad sectarian rivalries in the ME is not any more appealing to him than it was to the Decider. He wanted to change the country's domestic arrangements and like a lot of post cold war types was not real interested in foreign entanglements. Unfortunately he is not like most of us in that he cannot just look the other way and act like nothing is happening. Though that is what he seems inclined to do. It has to be frustrating to the man who played the field so brilliantly over the course of his career to position himself to win the top prize and then find that he was not up to the job.

He has plenty of company as none of the rest of the field since W's dad has been up to it either. And there is nobody in sight who can/

This guy was plucked off the street by Valerie Jarrett and her friends to be groomed for office. He had no qualifications or accomplishments to warrant being elected but met the criteria desired by some well connected people who pushed him there.

OP - come on, your holding the current POTUS to a far too high standard. He was a hellava good Community Organizer... you might even be racist for bringing this up about our dear leader!

It's pretty clear that, during Obama's two terms, U.S. foreign policy has become a giant trainwreck. America's relations with Egypt are worse, and relations with Saudi Arabia are way worse. With the Snowden disclosures, relations with Brazil and allies in Europe have hit the rocks also. At the moment, it seems the only country that the Obama administration has improved relations with (at least for the moment) is Iran. I'd say Obama is batting about 0.100 in foreign relations.

I'm often seen as an Obama lover because I point out that much of the criticism launched at him is thoughtless and reflexive. Honestly, I'm not an admirer.

This particular criticism has a troubling ring of truth to it. I also think blame for the difficulties in using the health care website reside in the White House, not the places eager to accept the blame. The politicos demanded features in the website, most notably requiring folks to identify themselves before they could shop and explore, that made the site user unfriendly and more difficult to build.

Woohoo, there's so much material here! But unlike most of you folks (don't have to work or live in mommy's basement), the rest of us work for a living. I'll reply to what is a veritable treasure trove of false info after work.

^^ Obozos supporters can't even spell the word "work", much less perform it. They expect someone else to take care of them.

Roger35 was the same guy complaining about losing his job because of cronyism a while back on the network board. His putting everyone down because he has to work for a living is too hilarious. Back to the cubicle Roger!

The guy that just started going to the gym is usually the guy that talks the most about how much he works out.

I am an entrepreneur who has employed hundreds of people, paid more taxes than you can imagine and works 60 hours a week. I travel nearly every day which leaves me time on planes and airports to enjoy Hornfans.

You tried to belittle everyone with your "I will respond later, but I have to go to work." In my experience, people who believe they are being unfairly treated because they are better than someone else, typically are not producers. Just my experience though.

As a business owner, it makes my blood boil when you and your liberal friends whine and moan. You have never risked your money to start a business and you are always ready to rob Peter to pay Paul.

This president that you so admire is now seen as a liar by even the most liberal media sources. If you are still seeing him as a valid leader, you are either simply stupid or on his payroll. In your case, probably both.

35......I am retired. I am 66 years old. I was in the USMC when I was barely 18. I have never been out of a job. I have never been on a welfare program. I pay taxes so that people like you don't have to help yourself. Now. Shoot your ignorant mouth off some more and continue to speak about things that you know nothing about. It's not that you are stupid, it's just that you know so much about things that just aren't so.

Looks like the lazy, non-productive ex-bircher types and baggerz posted an avalanche of meaningless tripe again. Will respond back in a bit.
