New curriculum for ou. Idiotnomics.
Should be required for football players, maybe a major. Course would provide in-depth info focus on things like gun permits, time clocks, public records, security cameras, gas pump secutiry, the little thingies put in $300 coats to prevent shoplifting.
I'm pretty sure Norman police records could add topics for curriculum.
Some things never change, maybe education is the answer.
