Women's clinic ideas?

My wife is helping put on a women's clinic as a fun(d) raiser this fall and I'm looking for ideas. I put together a slide show based on Andy Griffith's "What it was was football" routine, and we're doing door prizes and quiz prizes.

She's never been to one of Mack's women's clinics so I don't know what they do there. Any ideas? Looking for thngs that will be fun and engaging.

BTW: This is high school football so no male strippers dressed as football players, etc.

Thanks

Incorporate a flag football game into the clinic, or set up one of the many video football games that are out there, to give them some 'hands on' experience.

Every year at the MBWC, the equipment manager is presented with a player in uniform and takes questions regarding the pads, shoes, helmet, etc. It's amazing how high tech some of that gear is.

Wow, I got about halfway through your post before I figured out you weren't talking about a clinic for pap smears and birthing babies.

my personal opinions:

Football 101 for Women went over well at A&M.

It was well attended by the football challenge 80+%, both men and women; however, after attendingthe clinic, the A&M 80+% are still just as football challenged, and still today, can't post three consecutive sentences about football without contradicting themselves.

Make a powerpoint or video presentation with clips of what topic you are talking about for rules or whatever. If you are talking about in bounds v. out of bounds, have examples of each.

Make it fun spirited though. Insert a minute long clip of Sex In The City or Dangerous Housewives, or is it Desperate? I dunno.

Tell them you wanted to keep their attention and to wake them up. You will get a laugh and then you move on. Ask JCDenton if you can use some of his clips because he prob. has just about everything. Youtube will have the others.
