Can anyone recommend me a good person to handle my account. I was reassigned this year and now the new guy is already gone as in phone is no longer in use gone and I can't seem to get anybody on the phone to speak with talk about taking the money and run

I second this recommendation. I first spoke with Paul to help find me a ticket for the Men's basketball game against Baylor and he got me signed up for two new football season tickets this year. He's always responsive via email and phone.
