Why do I want Leinert to fail???

Tough choice tonight - I don't want Leinert or Bush to do well. What to do..........

Easy...Leinart

I personally like Bush and Leinart. Both were very good players. Even though Bush accepted gifts (supposedly) They were fun to watch and that game against Notre Dame was amazing.

Bush shouldn't have won the Heisman and the Rose Bowl proved it.
 
Leinert was the only SC player or coach that I had an issue with in the aftermath of the 06 Rose Bowl. I thought his comments were very immature and douchey. jmo.

And those girls he was caught partying with weren't nearly up to the level I'd expect for an NFL QB.
 
Maybe it's because his life up until last year has pretty much been straight out of Fantasy Island. Yes we beat him in the RB, but...

He has 1 1/2 national championships, a Heisman, and a healthy, athletic baby. And the girls he's had and will have... I will never be able to dream that I will be with them. Even his ugly girls aren't that bad. And his hotties are off my (real) charts.
 
Leinert is a douche, Reggie is a media darling with limited pro abilities. I don't think Reggie is a bad guy. Lienert is a metrosexual shiny shirt wearing, product using douchebag. I would hate him if he didn't play football.
 
Why, you ask? Because according to him, had we played that Rose Bowl 10 times, 9 times out of 10 the better team would've won, and that team was U$C.

I can't stick up too much for Leinhart, but he was knocked silly by Frank Okam (I think) but came back and disected our secondary. I have a lot of repsect for his play in that game and in his college career.

I think it's awesome that he made that comment after the game about USC still being the better team because I laughed my *** off, and I still do when I watch the replay.
 
The better everyone does from those two teams in their NFL careers, the more obvious it is that the game was unlike any other. So I always root for anybody who played that night. Personally I do not care for Leinart or Bush, but if they do well, it only makes Vince & Co that much better.
 
I didn't blame him for not accepting the loss right after the game. He had an amazing second half that would have beaten any other team on any other night. How do you instantly reconcile that with finding yourself on the losing end? How did I just get eclipsed? I think Leinert's performance in the game would have been historic if not for Vince's brilliance and the Longhorn defense refusing to be beaten physically at the line on the fourth down play.

I thought it was just human.

I don't pull against Leinert. I don't care much about him either way now that he's in the pro game.
 
I think those announcers on the field right after USC scored that last td expected USC to win. One of them had predicted us to win but he switched and said White was the MVP. He should have known better as he had to eat his words.

mandingo, what QB had a demonstrably better game than Leinart's in a game with national title implications, VY excluded? There haven't been many, of that I am sure.
