Where do you think DGB will end up? You don't even have to give an explanation to why.

I think he is going to Missouri.

After his visit to Mizzou, I think he signs with them with Arkansas a close second. (May end up the other way around though, you can never tell with these kids)

I'm going to be the first to say that he's coming to Austin! If I'm wrong, no big deal. If I'm right, I look like a genius!

Mizzou.

If staying close to a sick brother is a compelling factor, I can't really blame him. And while Mizzou isn't on the level of Texas as a football program, it's not like he's going to Indiana or some other crappy school.

I say, in a last minute shocker, he decides to swing his sword at Washington State. He and Leach will take the PAC-12 by storm.

Has anyone said they would let him play basketball also? I had heard that they were talking to him about it but have never heard anyone openly say he could.

I'm going to say he stays home. Family first

UPDATE: CBSSports.com's Dennis Dodd spoke with John Beckham, Green-Beckham's high school coach and adoptive father, who denied the Tulsa World report.

The nation's No. 1 recruit, Dorial Green-Beckham, has the college football world scratching their heads wondering where the 6-foot-6, 225 pound wide receiver will sign on National Signing Day?

The standout from Springfield, Mo. has kept his decision-making process under wraps throughout his recruitment, only recently narrowing his list to Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Which school will add Green-Beckham to their 2012 recruiting class has been a matter of intense debate among recruiting experts for weeks.

A report from Tulsa World reporter John Hoover on Monday morning suggested that Missouri has moved into the top spot and will be Green-Beckham's selection on Wednesday.

"Extremely good source just told me Dorial Green-Beckham to Missouri," Hoover reported from his Twitter account. "Influential visit last weekend. Things can change but I trust him."

The combination of Green-Beckham's potential and the uncertainty regarding his decision will likely lead to plenty of "sourced" reports over the next two days, but one certainly is worth some attention. To catch up on Green-Beckaham's recruitment and learn more about the school's hoping to receive his commitment.

Hoping DGB chooses us Wednesday but I understand if he wants to be closer to family and especially his brother.

There vare plenty of examples of how much playing here means in terms of immediate exposure, and more importantly, after his football career.

Tom Lemming: It's taken 17 years but I've finally found a WR who is as good as Randy Moss. For years I've said Randy Moss was the best high school player I have seen, and Mr. Beckham has similar skills. He has great size, long arms, a true F.A.T. 100-meter time of 10.5, and superior production. The nation's No. 1 player, he appears to have no weaknesses. He will be the most celebrated prep football player in the country.

Tom Lemming; He's a combination of A.J. Green, Julio Jones, and Randy Moss. At the WR position, he can do it all. The prototypical WR at 6-6, 220, he's sort of a hybrid and is more suited to be spread out to create miss-matches. He gets a great initial burst off the line, a long strider who can get to top speed in a hurry, and shows good lateral agility and very impressive acceleration, which he uses to avoid tacklers. His size, speed, and body control is second to none.

Nothing but a hunch, but I think when push comes to shove, he's Mizzou-bound. He won't play for any championships while he's there, but mom, dad, and little brother have an easier time seeing his games, and he has an easier time seeing his honey. He'll wish he'd chosen the Horns, but he'll have plenty to console him for not doing it.

Has he or his family stated how he will announce his decision......news conference, etc...

I like what I see in him and my perception of his character and values.....hope he stays low key and humble in respect to his decision...

Isn't he supposed to announce Wed morn on ESPNU? Saw that somewhere.

Thanks Idahorn...

This may be old news....Just noted on ESPN Rumor Central that he has narrowed the playing field to 2 teams....??

I say Mizzu but stranger things have happened. Playing for championships is one thing but who slings the rock to you is another. At least at Arki he's got 1 year with a proven QB. can't say the same for Mizzu or even Texas. I hope he choses Texas but no matter the choice.. there are pitfalls to each program.
