If you asked me what country has the craziest leadership, I'd probably still say N. Korea. What other country shoots their ex-officials with anti-aircraft guns? But, Iran is right there with them, especially if you consider their actions in the war with Iraq; sending human waves into mine fields with signs telling Allah to admit them to heaven.
