I know this is the kind of fodder that makes boards like this interesting, so here's my $.02..

D is a work in progress. Tackling is a concern right now. As previously stated, a lot of other things come with real game reps. Both the offense and the defense will need players to emerge every week. That will be a good way to track the maturation of the team. Love to see Irby, Collins, Buckner, and Williams getting involved. Love to see Fozzy grow and develop over the season. Every game is another little bit of experience for our secondary. They will need it against some of the best QB's in the country.

Hopefully everyone involved realizes that the second game of the season is not the time we want our team, on either side of the ball, to peak. All of the things mentioned are fixable, and I feel confident- yes, confident- that the right staff is in place to correct them. Attitude problems included.
