Make sure you scale your workouts with crossfit. You can seriously injur yourself if you don't. I don't care how long you have been lifitng, crossfit will whip your arse.
I didn't touch a weight on yesterday's workout (i am a few days behind the homepage workouts). I am super sore from a 20 minute workout. Good Luck!!
Sounds like a bodyweight workout I did a few months ago... 30 minute timed workout, circuit of various bodyweight exercises (jump squats, pushups, pullups, lunges, etc.) repeated as many times as possible during the period. I was hanging over the toilet when I was done.
