What do you do for fitness?

So with this crossfit stuff, is there a website that shows a beginners workout doing crossfit if I wanted to give it a shot?
 
Make sure you scale your workouts with crossfit. You can seriously injur yourself if you don't. I don't care how long you have been lifitng, crossfit will whip your arse.

I didn't touch a weight on yesterday's workout (i am a few days behind the homepage workouts). I am super sore from a 20 minute workout. Good Luck!!
 
I am behind several days as well. Last night I did:

Three rounds for time of:
21 Knees to elbows
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
21 Push-ups
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
20 inch Box jump, 21 reps
21 Back extension
Walking lunge, 150 ft

and subbed 30 pullups for the rope climb (i don't know of a gym that has a rope for you to climb) and a 50 lb dumbbell for the kettle bell swings

almost threw up 3 times during it. great workout
 
Sounds like a bodyweight workout I did a few months ago... 30 minute timed workout, circuit of various bodyweight exercises (jump squats, pushups, pullups, lunges, etc.) repeated as many times as possible during the period. I was hanging over the toilet when I was done.
