What bowl for Texas?

Pitt now has decided to not go to a bowl. Seems bizarre to me, that football players, don't want to play football.
Or maybe the pro candidates didn't wanna get hurt?

Let me think. Holidays. Cold weather outside. Dark at 6 pm. Not much to do. Hmmm. Yeah, I'd prefer some bowl games as opposed to reruns of Frosty the Snowman. But I'd understand if the players didn't want to do it.

Considering all the hype, activities, etc normally around a bowl to a now anti-social distancing nonactivity, mask on practice environment I can see players saying “nah, not this year”.

Anybody who wants us to turn it down, let's pretend for a moment you were the sole person in charge of the decision. You really want to be the one to go up to Sam and tell him "You aren't going to play a bowl your senior year, because I have chosen to forbid you from doing so"?

For me it’s not about the football game it’s about these kids have been through a **** load of stuff this year. Thank goodness you don’t have the right to choose.

I don’t watch soccer.
If you do, I think that’s great.
If you don’t want to watch UT, don’t and we will see you next year. You won’t be missed( psssst you know you’ll watch UT)

Yeppurs, especially when you factor in how many are held in places where the tards have shut down all dining beyond take-out, which is also on the block as soon as they can figure out how to become complete dictators.

I'd probably watch Texas in a bowl game. I think watching Herman win or possibly dominate yet another pointless bowl game when he can't get it done in the regular season sickens some.

Conversely and in light of the free year that it appears they all can have if they want it...perhaps someone takes him aside and says something like "Sam, we all know you wanted this season to be better...how about we skip a bowl, you come back and really kick *** next year with a group of kids who really want to be here and are committed to actually winning. Then you enter the draft with a season that really means something."

As soon as I finished reading this post I started singing "Dream Weaver"
