KSU (2-2) has 2 bad losses to Miss St (31-10) and WVU (35-6)
They had some coaching turnover in the off season, and have issues on both the OL and DL
We have not won in Manhattan since 2002

Mildcats are down this season and struggling. I think the conditions are right for the Horns to come into the game and dominate.

However, Purple Wizard will have them prepared and they are ALWAYS UP for the Horns, so they cannot be taken lightly....

I wonder if Herman and the team realize this critical point; Texas, like the Cowboys, ALWAYS gets their opponents best game. They always point to Texas week.

As Mack once said, "The A&M team we see on the field is never the one we see on film against other teams."

We can NEVER relax. Our opponents will sell out their bodies to beat Texas. That is the constant that must be drilled into our players minds.
 
I see -7 at vegasinsider. I hope this team keeps breaking trends. For some reason I extremely hate losing to K st. The line is just to spilt betting money on most games. Sometimes Vegas knows something see Texas favorite over USC.
 
As long as that old man is breathing it will take every thing we've got to leave that place with a win. Mack took a lot of good teams up there and lost. This is one of those games that you can win with 19 points. I'd stay away from -9.

Horns haven't won in Manhattan since GW's first term, that place has been a shop of horrors for too many Texas teams, need to end the curse of the purple wizard once and for all. I was there in '02 last time Texas won, its time, past time to get a win up there again.
 
Guys this is a classic trap game, it has me extremely scared. Texas comes off a emotional win at home against TCU and they are again ranked, looking at Oklahoma in two weeks.

This has Purple wizard trap all over it. Hope I'm wrong.
 
That old man in Manhattan, KS will have them ready. I think our brand of football resembles a little hard nosed attitude, which will help us up there....
 
I don't care if the mildcats are 0-4 and lost all their games by 100+. They will be ready for Texas and will give us hell. Winning in Manhattan is never easy. I'll always be happy to get out of there with a 1 pt win.

The one game BJ Johnson ever stood out, he owned that game. So sad, that is the only thing I can remember about his career. Lol, to put it in perspective, today's high school seniors were barely walking when we won that game.

Time for the Horns to make that 9-10 and take another step toward overtaking the series.

Some of you youngsters... if you only knew how long Wheat Aggie football was a joke and dreadfully awful over decades & decades.

To some of us older guys it's shameful we have a losing record to them.

If you were serious, these are HIS recruited players... he is just frustrated his Offense cannot get 6 inches on a 4 down try when they needed it. Problem for Wheat Aggie is both the OL and DL pretty much suck this season.....
