Wanted: .22LR - where can I find these?

I'm trying to find some place where I can buy a couple of hundred rounds of .22LR ammo on the cheap - ie: less than $0.15-.0.20 a round. Any ideas?...I'm in Houston.

Nobody ever carries these anymore or they sell out too quick.
