Has anyone seen Villanova play this year? Surely, one of you has been studying these guys. I see their record is 8-0 with an AP rank of #15. I'm looking forward to watching the game, although it looks like Dick Vitale is the analyst.

haven't seen their games, from what i know though, they dont really have an inside game. they have one low block quality player, according to some villanova forums he is better than damion....i doubt that but whatever. their game rests primarily on their three guards though, the two coreys and reynolds. we should be able to win down in the paint considering their tallest player hasn't played thus far, and their second tallest player only averages 2 points...i think we have enough big bodies to throw at them. their back court is stronger than ours, but i think a solid game of perimeter defense from ward balbay and mason and we should have the upper hand. even though they are 8-0 the toughest team they have played was rhode island, every game has been a blow out basically in their home court. its hard to determine how good they actually are though. i predict 83-75 tex

Scotty Reynolds seems like he's been around forever, but wasn't he part of Sampson's last class at OU along with Damion? I remember thinking he was but not sure.

Haven't seen them play this year but looking at their box scores they are a 3 and often times 4 guard lineup. We should really be able to ramp up the defensive pressure with our perimeter players and clean up on the boards. It'll be interesting to see if Barnes plays small with them or keeps Damion at the 3.

I think we probably pull away in the last 10 minutes.

One of these days we are going to beat a ranked team at the Garden. I could be wrong, but it seems like we have lost quite a few games there. Makes me kind of nervous for tonight.

These Wildcats haven't played anybody all year so my guess is they'll be soft. Our guys should be pumped. Don't give up, don't ever give up.

ESPN's pre-game analysis made it sound like A.J. was the sole player on this team...and then on cue Pittman slams two home. Let's go Horns!

Hook'em!!!

We look terrible. We have no offense at all. Sloppy, no blocking out on the boards.

Wow, come on horns! Hook em!!!!!!!!!

I love his defense and aggressiveness tonight though! Except for the charge, he really opens things up when he penetrates.

(That's what she said)

Dexter and Chapman have really been hustling, as has Ward.

Still not sure what is up with Atchley. Someone said they other day that he misses DJ feeding him the ball, but he looks lost at both ends. Maybe he misses James's inside help on defense as well.

Don't know what Barnes sees in Chapman--he is always a step behind and has stone hands. Please get your stamina up Pittman.
