UT TV Schedule Projections

Crayman: Are they Conference games? My understanding is that OOC games are treated a little differently, and schools have the option of ppv for OOC.

Eastside:

I'm almost positive that that is correct.

And all of our non-conference games are televised this year.

You guys have it better than I do. My ABC affiliate is in Oklahoma, so they nearly always show a lousy Sooner game over the horns if they can. I'm not saying I blame them, but it just sucks.

I go to the bu game every other year in whacko, so if someone will pitch in funds for a satellite feed I would be happy to broadcast through my digital 8 mm camera over the internet.

rpongett - great insights. This type stuff is what makes these boards worth reading. Hswarz questioned upstairs re: the ou start time. Some thought that it may be an ABC nite kick, at one time or the other. I see that ABC has four different nites already selected for prime time games (Oct. 6 not one of them). Think it's a done deal that the ou game WON'T be a nite deal????

Horns,

I just got my Direct TV satellite put in! Now, my dilemma. Do I subscribe to the ESPN GameDay Plan? Is it worth $90 bucks for very little chance to see my beloved Horns? I looked at their schedule from last year and the only UT game I saw was against OK State. What are your suggestions?
