UT, OU, and SEC?

Then there's the same old stories about students biking to Alaska, etc. that happened 5+ years ago. I doubt LG has been on live for a long long time.

No doubt the SEC will rebrand LHN to "SEC Network West" while leaving its HQ in Austin, which will cover all schools in the West division from Ole Miss to Texas to OU to aggy plus the four - to the delight of aggys everywhere!

It could be even better if it was rebranded to the "SEC Texas Longhorn Network"...

Saberhorn i knew Powers was but thought it was 2 of the last 3 presidents were from Cal … By the way i like the Bezerkley referenceFits it to a tee..

I’m curious about both our record and OU’s all-time record against the SEC. Also, let’s look at the top 10 cheaters per NCAA records. I’ll hang up and listen.

Texas 4,000 is an annual thing. I did it in 2006. It's still going.

This summer, they couldn't go to Alaska, since the Canadian border was still closed, so they did a loop and came back to Austin. Last summer, the ride was cancelled entirely.

Of course, they don't ride all the way to Alaska anymore. They get in a van and drive past a few hundred miles on at least three separate occasions. Depending on the route, they bike about 70-80% of the way and drive the rest.

It's been a long time since I've been over to TexAgs. The SEC additions may well help web traffic for them. I still may avoid it though. Being exposed to that kind of anger and bitterness is bad for my own frame of mind.

That's nothing compared to what you will hear at the August 26 meet and greet.

Over the years I would visit Texas and laugh so loudly that my wife would ask if I was "reading TEXAGS".

Fortunately we are meeting before the season starts. None of us will be screaming for a new coach, Offensive or defensive coordinator until after at least 1 game.

The anger and bitterness over there is hard to conceptualize for a normal human being and somewhat amazing to behold. At UT, the fans direct their hate towards the coach who fails to meet expectations of the job (e.g., Herman). At Aggy, the fans hate the other school (Texas) that exposes them for who they are (losers), such as when Texas returned to the CWS this year while their team failed miserably.

Vanderbilt is the only $EC school with a winning record over UT.

Well, close but not quite. Texas vs the SEC:

Here's OU vs SEC. Slightly better overall winning percentage than Texas vs SEC, but losing record vs three teams instead of two.
