I don't claim to know everything about baseball and the announcers are not saying anything but how is what the UTA pitcher is doing not a balk. His body and his step are going toward home plate but he just throws to first. I thought you had to step towards the base to not ballk. Someone please inform me of the rule. Thanks.

Nice to see the backup pitching staff getting some good work tonight. As deep as Texas is on the weekends pitching wise, the mid week game pitchers arent exactly slouches.
