TSN's early bowl projections......

Shark- 2002 was 6 yrs. ago. Miami has gone to the ash heap and starting back and Florida is a diifferent team. Thing change is 6 years, but I do think there is more speed in HSs in the South.

People can ***** and moan about tOSU and how they are too slow, don't belong in the BCS championship game, etc, but if they somehow find a way to beat USC (I don't think it's very likely), they may well be back in the MNC game. Illinois will probably be a 7-5 or 8-4 team, Michigan is about to have a 2004-Nebraska-like season, Penn State needs a QB, Wisconsin just isn't that good, and the rest of the conference will probably be crap. Compared to tOSU, some Big Ten teams are shockingly unathletic, and it's hard to see an Ohio State team with 18-20 returning starters losing to any of them. The only real liability, potentially, is at QB, but maybe Boeckman will finally learn not to throw into double and triple coverage when he's under pressure.

But if tOSU ends up in the title game against an SEC team, I know where I'd put my money if I were a betting man. Should tOSU end up playing OU in the title game... well, somebody has to win, but who knows....

We will be fine w/QB. Our OL and RBs (our Parade AA is 4th string; that is how stacked we are) will drive the offense.

The bigger concern right now is DL.

And as any tOSU fan can attest, a night game in Madison is very, very, very tough regardless of what QB we have playing (See Schabert to Evans, 2004

)

We will see how it plays out. We haven't lost a night game at home in 12 years, I believe, and we have lost a grand total of one (1) home game since Mr. Bielema stepped on campus in 2004.

Alas, many games to be played before we turn on the nights of Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin on what should be a crazy night in October......
