Went for the first time last night, Arboretum location.

Wow. It totally surpassed my expectations, which were already pretty high after reading this thread. Rare 8oz filet with chef's topping almost made me cry.

The place is great for dinner. I like ALC a bit more, because it is more 'austin' but you can't go wrong with most things at trulucks.

Just dropped $140 there for our anniversary.

RibEye was excellent, and the wife had the crab stuffed fish fillet.

Awesome meal....I just feel guilty for spending so much $$$.

Anyone been to the Monday all you can eat crab thing? I think it's $50 a person, I don't know if I can eat that much crab - but I would be willing to try

since it's stone crab, it's not that tough to get more than $50 worht out of the deal.

I had two rounds of the claws, could have eaten a couple more rounds, but time constraint. Service was a little slow, but he was friendly. Also gave us soup and salad.

I live right next to the one on 183 and Great Hills. Only eaten there once, but it was outstanding. I want to try and get some people together to do a HH there, because I really liked their bar set-up.
