It's a good show but they need something to happen this season. I am hoping season 2 heads in that direction, after watching the premier, it looks like it might. There are interesting characters but they need something to happen other than finding places to play music and pay restaurant bills.

Loved it. As someone who lived through it I don't know that I need any "plot" to happen as that's the way it was, but I can see how stuff happening would be good for entertainment sake.

I thought they had a reasonably strong plot line last season with the whole search for Damo.
I'm curious where they take the developer from Dallas character just introduced, and if the kid that was practicing trumpet continues.
Wife and I both thought the violin chick was really good. I enjoy the music in this series so much that I don't need a fast moving story to keep me interested
