Go for the Toyota. I've owned 2, an '01 4Runner and currently an '07 Tundra and I have never ever had any problems with them. I had a '00 Silverado that I couldn't keep out of the shop prior to the Toyotas. Good vehicles, IMO. Neither is/was the most fuel efficient but they have always delivered the goods.
