tOSU are they the Aggies of the North?

My parents are U-M grads. When my mom was pregnant with me, they lived near Columbus and went to “the game” there. People were cussing at my mom and they ended up leaving early (MI was losing). Fans were yelling at them as they walked to their car. A pregnant woman nonetheless

Pure trash.

They did that to Texas fans in 2005. Group of tOSU coeds in a car after the game stopped and yelled at a group of Texas families, "Fu**ing whores!!!"

Class acts.

Congrats to Big Blue for putting them back in their place, and showing them who’s boss in college football up North!

:um::um::um::um:

I have a number of friends who are Michigan grads. They’re all good people. The Ohio State people I know are mixed. Most of them are pretty good folks as long as there is not an Ohio State game playing. I know lots of Longhorn fans who really hate them.

My only experience with Ohioans was at a wedding. Brides family had roots in Ohio.

Trashiest people I have ever met.
There were jorts. At a wedding reception I **** you not. There was also a fight that had to be broken up. I can only assume someone stole someone else’s Mountain Dew.
The bride had warned us about them, and talked about how glad her parents had the good sense to leave it behind.

Losers

I flew for a Columbus based company. If something broke, the mechanics would say things like, "That needs replaced."

Not, "It needs to be replaced" or "It needs replacing."

No, it needs replaced.

And, that is how all Ohioans I encountered would say things, not just the mechanics.

They are stupid.

Yep, I worked for a Columbus based company. Don't even get me started on the ignorance.

TOSU has two NC’s and multiple playoff berths in the last two decades and so much history before that. Comparing aggy to TOSU is comparing ants to elephants, absolutely no comparison at all. Maybe TOSU is becoming OU of north but even that’s not true comparison since TOSU has actually won a playoff game.

Good points. There is only one solution here:

Lock thread. Ban OP. OP needs banned.

What I was referencing was the fan base, not the records or other pertinent information.

Don’t leave out the other facts… one is red and white, one maroon and white; one is located in Ohio, the other Texas. One has a goofy cartoonish mascot the other a collie. I could keep going The differences are infinite.
Geez, this is a tough crowd sometimes.

I used to pen a weekly “ What I seen” post on the positives of the previous weeks game, in honor of James- a guy I worked with… used to drive the out of the loop posters here completely nuts.

I.e ‘ I seen the defense tackle better in the second half”

One burns big piles of wood and the other burns upholstered furniture.

so they are very much alike, and yet different

although some would argue that this is a distinction without a difference.
