So.... why are we gloating about a last minute flip when we were so hard on Perilloux and Brantley? I'm neutral on this... if that's what he wanted to do then that's his life but I see a lot of hypocrisy at times on all these forums...

Okay, I had to go and watch a bunch of film on this guy now that he's ours. I noticed a lot of positives such as his burst up field getting to the QB. This has been mentioned by many here when they describe him, but one thing that isn't mentioned is he never gives up on a play. He will bust his *** to get to the QB and if the QB gets the pass off, he turns and sprints downfield to make a tackle. He does this over and over on footage I seen. On one play there was a reverse to the WR and he caught that player from behind about 50 yards downfield about on the 5 yard line. It was a TD without his hussle. Screen passes over and over again he ends up being a part of the play down field.

I think he's going to fit in real well in Diaz defense.

A nice way to top the class at a positon of need. And with an nice out of state class selection to boot. A Monster class even with our hopes dashed on DGB. But man just think if he had signed. The class would have been damn near perfection.

We need to shout out a big thanks to DGB for informing the coaching staff Tuesday of his intention to go to Missouri. This opened up the scholarship for Shiro and allowed Horns to reopen his recruitiment and to bring him on board.
